*The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and we provide basics like oil, vinegar, and spices. On arrival you will find fresh milk, juice, bread, condiments like butter, jam, vegemite, and nutella,peanut butter. Assorted Tea and Coffee to cater for all.
*The house is run on filtered River Water not for drinking. We provide 10litres of drinking water.
*Upon arrival you may be greeted by the resident dog "Buddy" he is harmless, friendly to all, just has a love for car tyres, dont be alarmed.
*Leading up to and during early harvest of Almond and Pistachio Seasons (December - March) you may occasionally here neighbouring farms Gas Guns and or licensed bird shooters on at times for pest control.

*Boats and Jet skis have to be launched from either WaikerieRamco boat ramps as our Farming Insurance Policy does not permit Entry or Exit from our Property directlythe river. Upon arrival to our riverfront you can moor boatsjet skis for duration of your stay. Unfortunately, Wake boats are not permitted for use as it causes damage toresident farming irrigation Pumps that feed off this section of river.
