Bookings under the same name and dates, requiring more than 5 rooms or over 10 people, will follow the Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked.

50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

The hotel will contact the customer before we charge the remaining 50% and remind them that the remaining amount is due 15 days in advance.
