Cozy M is budget accommodation in central Sydney. Every room is private, with a queen bed, air conditioning, fast wifi , a mini-fridge, a kettle, a desk and its own sink. Bathrooms are shared and cleaned several times a day.
Its a straightforward setup, and thats the point. You get your own room and your own door in a neighbourhooda hotel room costs two or three times as much, and you spend the difference on Sydney instead.
Where you are: Woolloomooloo sits between Kings Cross and the harbour. Kings Cross Station is seven minutes walk. Woolloomooloo Wharf, the Art Gallery of NSW, Hyde Park and Martin Place arewithin a couple of kilometres, and the Opera House and Circular Quay are an easy walk or a short train ride. The airport is about 19 minutes by car.
Whats included: Continental breakfast is complimentary. Theres free wifi throughout, a laundry area, tea and coff ee, a workspace, and luggage storage for the day you check out. Rooms are serviced daily. Free off site parking is available from 6pm to 8am. (please double check the parking info)
Good to know: Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Reception is open 9am to 4pm, and if youre arriving later youll get a PIN code for self check-in, so a late fl ight isnt a problem. Rooms are accessed by PIN rather than a key.
Cozy M is an adults-only property, 18+, and fully smoke-free. Its a quiet building. Please note there is no lift, and the property runs on 100% renewable energy.
Who it suits: Couples, solo travellers and people here for work who want privacy and a central address, and would rather not pay hotel prices for a room theyre barely in.
The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.
