All pets require pre-authorisation by the agent, the guest must contact Fuller Holidays office to obtain approval. A pet fee of $33per night is payable. A request can be placed for a maximum of 2 pets. They must not shed hair and not cause a nuisance through barking. Pets must be supervised attimes. An additional pet bond of $1000 is applicable. Unless otherwise advised in writing, pets are not allowed in or on holiday premises and grounds at any time.
If a staff member is called out outside the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri, (for example a noise complaint, loss of keys or lockout), a $300 callout fee will be incurred by the Licensee which is payable before the end of the tenancy. Callouts between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am will incur a $500 fee.
All schoolies bookings must advise in writing to Fuller Holidays the intention of your stay and the total number of guests. Your property strictly forbids parties and gatherings, please note failure to comply will result in loss of bond and immediate termination. A separate Schoolies Terms and Conditions includingguests ID and parents ID and contact information must be provided to confirm the booking in full. A $3000-$5000 bond is applicable.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
